What is FSXX?
FSXX is a small, human-scale search engine built to index static and mostly-static websites. It favors pages with real content (not endless app shells) and it tries to crawl politely.
How indexing works
- Seeds (starting sites) are saved in Admin → Settings.
- The crawler fetches pages, extracts title/description/text, and stores them into the index.
- Search uses FULLTEXT matching with automatic prefix support (so partial words still work).
Reciprocity badge (optional, but appreciated)
If you link back to FSXX using the badge, your domain can be marked as “reciprocal,” which can slightly improve trust.
